We are Phyl and Debbie Brinkley and we provide services as DCM Associates to parents, teachers, business professionals, leaders of religious or civic organizations and other adults who may be in a mentoring role with young people.

Together, we have over 50 years experience working with families and children. We are particularly committed to empowering adults to create environments where "The Essential 1/2 Dozen" can be taught, caught and nurtured. We look forward to sharing our expertise and experience with you.
